HOW TO MEASURE: Wrap a soft measuring tape or ribbon/string around your wrist (or ankle) where you would like to wear the bracelet - don't pull it tight, just measure at a comfortable tension. If using a ribbon or string, measure the length of the string with a ruler or tape measure and that will be your wrist measurement.
